What was the Source of Jesus' Power?

When Jesus' opponents accused Him of using Satanic forces to heal the sick and cleanse the tormented, He turned the tables and said that they were those under demonic influence, as evidenced by the fruit of their lives -- a maxim that applied even to His own family (Mt. 12:22-50)

Fellowship Season Application:  Why is agreement about Christian doctrine essential for Christian fellowship?

Welcome to the Master's Community Church

The Master's Community Church is a young and growing ministry.  We desire to bring glory and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ in every aspect of church and life.  We are committed to upholding the sovereignty and holiness of God in ministry and practice.  We affirm the ideals of the Reformation and seek to continue this practice as we strive to be more faithful stewards of God’s word.

What do you want in a Church?

Ultimately our desire is to exalt in Christ and equip believers for spiritual service (Col 1.15-20; Matt 28.18-20; 2 Tim 2.2).  We do this through emphasizing the ‘classics’ of Christianity: discipleship, fellowship, outreach, and prayer.

Does The Master’s Community Church preach the Bible?

We aim to have a joyful attitude as we submit to God’s will as revealed in Scripture. Our Church is committed to unveiling God’s Word one verse at a time.  We practice expository preaching, most often through studies of individual books of Scripture.  We interpret the Scriptures as the special Revelation of God inerrant and inspired in every part. In all of our application of God’s Word, we desire that the Holy Spirit would work in such a way that the Biblical authors would say, “Amen!”

How can I serve in the ministry?

We desire to be a Church that glorifies God through Christ-like service. We believe that God has given every Christian the mandate to be involved in the work of ministry (Eph 4.12). Each of our members takes advantage of service opportunities so that we truly are a working community.
