Since various pressures entice those in the fellowship to abandon Jesus (1 John 2:15-19; John 7:32, 43-52; 9:22-23, 34; 11:45-54; 12:42-43; Rev 6:9-11; 7:14-17; 11:7-10; 13:9-10), our co-identity with Him and each other compels our endurance (1 John 2:20-27; 4:7-10; John 13:34-35; 15:9-17; Rev 1:4-6).
