As signs of trouble, tribulation and fear flood into our lives, who do you turn to for help? To the Lord or to someplace else (8:1-10)? As God’s chosen people, we are instructed to turn to Him and to respond differently than how the world would respond to pressure (8:11-15). With hope and patience, let us fully trust in God’s promises, for we are people of the light and not of the darkness (8:16-22).
